Specific retention periods include: chat conversation logs and interaction history retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction; account information retained while your account is active and for 12 months after account deletion; analytics and usage data retained for up to 14 months; server logs and technical data retained for up to 12 months; and cookie data retained according to individual cookie policies. After these periods, we securely delete your information unless legal obligations require longer retention.
